YOU CONTROL YOUR DATA

Delete your Lup data

Updated September 25, 2026

You can request deletion of data Lup retains about you, including your waitlist email, access identity, memberships, or authorized participation in Meta tests. You don't need to sign in or create an account to submit a request.

1. Send your request

Write to jjun.w.19@gmail.com with the subject Lup data deletion. Include the email or name used in the app or test and, if known, the Workspace or corresponding ad account identifier. Say whether you want to delete your waitlist address, access identity, connection data, or only specific information. Do not request deletion of other participants' data without authorization.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment data, or identity documents. If we need to verify that the request concerns you, we will ask only for the minimum necessary information.

2. We will review and delete the information

We will identify the information under our control, remove the relevant access, and review the identity and sessions in Supabase Auth, memberships, the waitlist, encrypted Meta and Shopify connections, connection attempts and associated logs, as well as test copies or exports we retain. We will delete data covered by the verified request that no longer needs to be retained, while respecting shared resources and other participants' data. The owner handles requests; this page does not automatically delete an account. We will confirm the result by email. If we must retain part of the data because of a legal obligation or security incident, we will explain what, why, and for how long it is necessary.

The timeline depends on verification and the scope of the request, subject to applicable legal deadlines. You can check its status by replying to the same email.

3. Also revoke Meta access

If you are a Workspace Owner, you can use the disconnect Meta option in the pilot. This removes the local credential and pending attempts for that Workspace. It does not remove your Supabase identity or all existing records and copies, and it does not by itself revoke Lup's permission in Meta. For that data, submit a request by email. Signing out only ends access for that session.

In your Facebook account settings, look for Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, select Lup, and remove its access. Names and locations may vary by account.

Revoking access prevents new operations authorized by that connection, but it does not replace a request to delete existing copies. Deleting Lup data also does not delete your Meta account or the ads and campaigns that exist there.

4. Revoke Shopify access

An Owner can disconnect Shopify from Lup to remove local tokens and cancel pending attempts. To revoke permission in Shopify, uninstall Lup from your store's apps. Lup does not keep persistent copies of the catalog or its images. You can use the listed email to request deletion of the remaining data under our control. This does not delete your products or store.

If campaigns are running

Check and pause campaigns directly in Ads Manager if you want to stop delivery. A data deletion request is not an automatic instruction to pause or delete ads.
