Terms and conditions

Owner and scope
Lup is a project by Diego Guala. Contact: jjun.w.19@gmail.com. This site provides information about a product in development and a private pilot app. It does not offer paid subscriptions or contracts. Identification with a code sent by email through Supabase may create a personal identity; it does not grant access to a Workspace. Participation in testing and memberships are agreed and enabled separately with the owner.
Use during testing
Only Members of an enabled Workspace can access its pilot resources. Its Owner can authorize the Meta connection, choose the ad account, and disconnect it. Other Members can query the selected account. Protect your email, access codes, and session; do not share credentials or use another person's session.
Take part only with accounts and resources you are authorized to use. You must have the necessary rights to contributed images, brands, and other materials, and follow Meta's terms and the rules applicable to your ads.
Do not use Lup to access information without authorization, evade platform restrictions, distribute unlawful content, or compromise third-party credentials.
Publishing and budget
The Meta connection in this pilot queries accounts, campaigns, and ads; it does not create or activate ads or modify budgets. Any future publishing feature or change that could incur spend requires enablement and the account owner's explicit authorization. Granting API permissions alone does not authorize unlimited spend or automated campaigns. The resource, scope, and test limits must be agreed in advance.
Meta advertising fees and spend are governed by your relationship with Meta. Check the actual campaign status in Ads Manager. Disconnecting Lup or requesting data deletion does not automatically pause Meta campaigns.
Results and availability
Lup is in development: tests may fail or be interrupted. Ideas and metrics require human review and are not a guarantee of sales, profitability, or ad approval. Planned features may change before they become available.
Data and ending testing
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You can stop participating, revoke access, or request deletion of your data. Before ending a test, check the status of your Meta resources and agree on any pending changes. Disconnecting Meta in Lup removes the local credential and pending Workspace connection attempts; it does not remove your personal identity or all your data, and it does not by itself revoke Lup's permission in Meta. Signing out does not disconnect Meta either.
Changes and rights
We will publish changes to these terms here. Any future commercial service will have its own terms before purchase. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
